We are currently seeking hardworking PA`s to join a number of busy government departments that are based in South and West London. You will be providing support to senior members of staff. A successful candidate will have excellent secretarial skills together with good interpersonal skills. Also an advance knowledge using MS packages and a minimum typing speed of 50wpm is essential. Minute taking and Local authority experience would be desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career and benefit from competitive rates of pay.
Main duties Operate and maintain a range of PA*Secretarial activities. Organising and arranging meetings using diary management Scheduling travel itineraries Controlling all incoming and out going correspondence. Setting up and archiving files both manually and electronically. Minute taking at meeting and conferences. Copying and Audio typing management reports
Personal Specification Previous PA* Secretarial experience is essential. Must have an advance knowledge using MS Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous Local Authority experience is desirable Minimum typing speed of 50wpm Must be a team player Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure
In addition to these roles we are currently seeking experienced Administrators, Receptionist and project based staff to work within both the public and private sector. Do you have two years PA experience Have you got Public Sector experience. Are you available for the next 6 months Experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
